The job I would love to have is one that functions would be to let me show my strong problem solving abilities, attend to incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call and Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company. To Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.

I would use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

And I have Strong computer skills aswell as excellent interpersonal communication skills and i have a high level of professionalism and I understand that i must be available to work some holidays and on weekends.
