I have an experience of 8 months at Standard Bank as a Teller/Data Processor. During this time I have gained a lot of experience working with cash handling and customers accounts, which also gave me an insight on daily circulation of cash. I was also exposed to working closely with the Clients Liaison Officers, Reconciliation Officers and Cash escalations team to resolve the queries on a daily basis. I have been a Product Analyst for a year which has allowed me to specialize in product enhancement, new value proposition development and product positioning within the market. I collaborate well with the other business unit to develop growth in advances, with a focus on keeping low and medium risk clients on the book for a longer period of time. This contributes to an effective and sustainable PBT growth. I am regularly involved in the internal sign-off processes which include various areas within loans depending on the type of communication.
