An accomplished and driven HR Manager with over 12 years professional working experience across various industries. My background lies in successfully directing organizational planning and performance through strategic processes and staff development. Throughout my career, I have managed recruitment procedures, employee training initiatives, staff coaching, union and non-union labor relations, and employee morale-boosting practices. Additionally, I have established success in effectively starting up an HR Department at both Carrus Group and Danoher Contracting Pty Ltd, which included drafting all HR policies and procedures in alignment to legislation and business requirements. Currently employed as the National HR Manager at RSC Consulting (Pty) Ltd, where I take full responsibility for overseeing all aspects and elements of recruitment, training, payroll submissions, analytics and discipline. I am a registered HR Professional with the SA Board of People Practices (SABPP), and I successfully completed my BCom Degree in HR Management through UNISA in 2016
