Hotel Receptionist, After matric I did a short course for office administration with reptionist criteria. I have good communication skills, client service and most importantly when we talk about reptionist in Hotel is being able to set appointments or bookings and have good telephone etiquette of which I'm good on those things. I have basic computer skills and I introduced in office administration work like filling electronically and manually.
