I'm still fresh and young enthusiastic and energetic. I promised to serve my position for the cast of my ability. I'm productive and safe cautious about my work. I will make sure that the company sustain for a long time by creating new ore reserves. I will make sure the ore is coming out of the mine safe without any injuries. I will be controlling the costs of the company by making sure that the production is coming out every day. All my Shiftbosses, miners, Team leaders and my General employees are happy by doing an open door policy. Who ever had or encountering problem its resolved. Providing material in time and supply a safety gear.
