I am a resourceful, self-motivated, result driven independent contractor with outstanding construction expertise gained through years of experience in building construction. I Possess strong knowledge in building regulations - have been assessed by National Housing Building Regulation Council and certified compliant and knowledgeable in building regulations.

As a Site Manager I Have proven the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines, articulate and proactive. I have been consistently involved in construction projects from inception to completion, a very hands-on individual who is not only skilled in masonry work but in other classes of work. I am computer literate in Microsoft projects, excel spreadsheets, quantity calculations.

I am able to work well independently and as part of a productive team, demonstrating the motivation and problem solving abilities required to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards.

I am currently seeking a role where my existing skills will add value from the outset, while I continue to further develop my skills and knowledge in this field.
