It takes me some time to adjust into a knew position in every aspect of my life, so they is a higher possibility of you having a long term employee. I never felt the edge to improve my situation because i have managed to build a working coping mechanism of not moving around, So this is an advantage in disguise as the skills i will have attained from working in your company wont be lost. I usually keep to myself so they is a chance that i will was master the way of doing my job in a less amount of time, Although this was not perfect job i had imagined it would give me an opportunity to be more adaptable and who knows what could lay at the other side.
