For a welding.I have the ability to work independently and yet as part of the team,to the benefit of the organization.I can use my own initiative in decision making and doing follow ups on investigation.I am a self starter, analytical thinker and able to adhere to deadlines.I am able to communicate very well with people on all levels and from all ethics groups, inside and outside the organization.
