Tshepo Salome Motlhamme

I started in the coal mining industry in 2017 as an administrator at Londani colliery, later the same year i worked at Weighbridge because i was filling up a position a for three months for the lady that was on maternity leave.
I worked my self up until i was appointed as a full time safety rep in 2018 to 2020. In 2019 i started with my Comsoc1 then 2022 complete comsoc 2,then i was appointed as safety officer till to date, though some things to me are still new to me, im working very hard to align my self with sagety related matters and i work very hard in that department.
Safety to me is a very challenging carrer but at the same time it taught me how to handle people of different cultures and how to look out for someones life and the value of a person and to be a brothers keeper.
