Highly proactive manager with over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Background includes sales, management, customer service in fast-paced settings, employee training, implementation of System operational procedures, inventory, preparing and serving of diverse food. I am capable of motivating employees to exceed customer expectations in high-volume settings while maintaining strong quality and effective cost controls. Service-oriented with good multitasking, safety management and decision-making skills .Some of my past accomplishments includes working with Neil Roake and Hillary Biller for the publication of the Times Food Weekly cook book as well as publishing my own recipes and experience while working in Botswana in "I Luiperd in my bed".Due to Covid I am currently a Self- employed caterer, specialising in vegan, gluten free and diabetic friendly food production.
