What job i'm looking for? My positive points
I originally studied Civil Engineering and worked as a civil engineer for 10 years specializing in traffic and transportation. In that period, I completed a project management diploma and Honors in traffic and transportation. I then shifted my focus to property development and now have over 29 years of experience in many different types of projects (residential, commercial, industrial, leisure and sport).
With my background, experience and set of skills, I believe I am well-equipped to assess, evaluate and manage development projects from concept to completion.
My skills include leadership, teamwork, communication, quality management, risk mitigation, timing and scheduling, problem-solving, conflict management, negotiation and budgeting.
