Water And Sanitation Phokane

Im looking for a job of water afairs and sanitation/cleaning the environment of gauteng,i need this jobs becouse many people are dying because of the smells on the streets,the littering and ploking pibes pollute the environment. All over the streets the are pumpers,plastics,dirty running water.etc....i have grade12 also but i did not pass it.im now working as a security guard.my pleasure
