I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for the Supervisor position. As a candidate with several years of experience as a Supervisor, I believe I am well-qualified to meet the needs of your company.
During my 6 year tenure at Metso:Outotec I was responsible for managing over 100 employees. I addressed customer and also employee concerns. I also approved time sheets.I am enthusiastic and a self motivated person. Through my work experience I have learned to set goals and how to engage in action oriontated behaviour to reach targets in both personal and team environment.
I am confident that my education and experience will prove me successful as the Supervisor.At Minopex Marikana/Kroondal 1.
I gained more than10 years mechanical engineering experience as a qualified fitter (section 13 MQA) I was also releaving the Foreman when he was not available. I have the knowledge and on hand experience with plant maintenance and new installations.
