I am a seasoned HR Professional with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human resources. I have strong leadership skills and have led teams of 5 to 10+. I also have experience in being part of senior leadership teams, and part of a centre of excellence. My experience working in a highly complex matrix role allowed me to apply a transformational mindset, be creative and innovative. It also allowed me to be open to change, manage and support the enablement of change. My Interest is to lead a HR Departments (S) within SA or accross Africa and the Middle East.
