I am an IT graduate having studied my past 4 years at IIE Rosebank college. I competed a Higher certificate in IT in Support service doing major modules such as A+, N+ and Help desk in 2016. Further studied the next three years till 2019 doing my Bachelors of IT in Business System having majors doing Business Analysis, System Analysis and Intermediate Database (MS SQL). During my Final year, I did a short learnership Learning a .Net framework language for three years and achieved an MTA certificate and pass in the Microsoft C# programming exam. All the learning I have achieved in my studying revolved around problem solving on IT systems which i am greatly fond of from my youth, finding out how a gadget operates and thereby understanding what would be the cause when the gadget or hardware stop functioning. This opportunity will give me the stage to express my abilities of problem solving, troubleshooting System Units and Network issues individuals face. I aim to be a sign of relief to the cries of individuals facing problems with their personal computer, to help them understand what went wrong and get them back to schedule as soon as possible with the skills i have obtained during my studying and further gain more skills with the aid of this internship. I would truly appreciate the opportunity at the organisation, become a great asset to the organisation and accomplishing growth for the organisation with the guidance of the organisation’s mission and goals set.
