Position: Dairy Clerk/ Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management.
• Price and label dairy items accurately and neatly for easy customer identification.
• Clean and maintain the dairy department, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and addressing any concerns.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in dairy clerking or related positions.
• Strong merchandising skills to effectively display and present products to attract customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a cohesive work environment.
• Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to accommodate the needs of the store and customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, dairy clerking, and customer service.
