Key Activities & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing insights and analysis of sales performance indicators to the local/regional sales leadership teams in South Africa.
The Commercial Analyst responsibility includes timely, accurate sales allocation according to the local sales organizational structure by franchise and enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers and sales reps.
Key Activities & Accountabilities:
- Support of standardized reports in PowerBI containing key performance indicators.
- Collect, consolidate, analyze and maintain data on account sales potentials
- PowerBI training and first level support for sales and marketing
- Support of territory maintenance, target setting, and commission process.
- Support and maintenance as well as continued improvement of CRA.
- Coordinate, validate, reconcile sales data issues with the various business functions (Customer Service, Finance, MdM etc..) when needed, following a framework
- Gather competitive and industry market data through digital solution and/or published information e.g., procedures, hospitals etc. to identify emerging trends in segments/channels
Essential:
- University Degree required

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Sales Force Effectiveness activities such as Territory & Target setting, creation of analytics providing insights required, preferably in the Medical Device industry
- Knowledge of JDE, COGNOS, PowerBI, SQL, Salesforce.com (CRM) or equivalent systems preferred
