Duties
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing data using Power BI to provide insights and support decision-making within the Logistics, Procurement, Distribution, and Supply Chain industries. Duties include:
- Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data for analysis
- Developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
- Identifying trends and patterns in data to inform business strategies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, particularly using Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

4 - 5 years proven experience as a Data Analyst, particularly using Power BI
Knowledge And Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI and other data analysis tools

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Certifications in Power BI or other relevant technologies
- Experience in the logistics, procurement, distribution, or supply chain industries
This is a contract position based in Gauteng, Johannesburg. The Data Analyst is expected to work full-time hours within the Logistics, Procurement, Distribution, and Supply Chain industries.
