Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the financial services or digital platform industries.
- A university degree; preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering or Informatics.
- Knowledge and experience with MS office suites, MSSQL, Azure, and Postgres SQL is advantageous.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, YellowFin, and SSRS will be advantageous.
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience in Financial Services or Retail industry or high-growth businesses
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and able to stay focused under pressure
- Passionate about knowledge sharing
- Help drive efforts for continuous data accuracy and quality improvement
- Maintain and develop automated reports and dashboards
- Interact with external parties to manage the onboarding of new data vendors, integrations and analytics tools
- Develop and automate key business metrics and KPIs for the various business units
- Prioritise new ad-hoc report and data analytics requests and deliver accordingly
- Present insights back to business stakeholders
- Build data visualizations to improve access and visibility into the content from all key reports and our data in general
- Be the translator between Business, Product, and the Data teams on data needs
- Continuously upskill and stay abreast of new developments in Data Analysis & BI tools, methodologies, and applications
