Requirements
Areas of responsibility may include
- Input and verify data into various computer programs and databases.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and verifying information.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry.
- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure that data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to data entry.

- Grade 12 (Matric); some college of university coursework in computer science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Zoho recruits software is a plus.
