special requirements
*must be able to work on microsoft office package(MS Word,Excel,Power Point ,as a minimum.
*must able to read and communicate in English.
*must have passed matric or N3 for (Procurement ,MM and RWM.
Store person(1)
*must have worked on SAP ECC6/Hanna minimum 1 year experience
*must have code 14 drivers licence and minimum of 1 year driving experience
*must have valid forklift and overhead crane licence that are still valid for the contract period.
Duties of store person
*check material received for binning in respect of quantity ,quality,visual defects,bin location ,description,correctness of label and appropriate preservation.
*Bin material according to FIFO principles.
*Verify binning documents and handle reported deviations.
*Allocating of bin locations of materials .
*check that all materials are preserved and maintained for use in accordance to stock maintenance.
*update and maintain bin labels
*Co-ordinate and assist with the wall-to-wall stock count.
*Investigate deviations and report differences
*monitor and adhere to the OHS-act and Health and safety regulations
*maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
Planner Work Management
*support supervisors on planned work and verification of work done in the plant
*Developing and maintaning a multi-week schedule consistently with the available resources
*scoping work to validate that all required work notifications/work orders receive the required level of planning in accordance with the manage maintenance work process.
*Reviewing preventive maintenance work orders to determine planning parameters and identifying statutory or preventive maintenance violations
*Monitoring and reporting on current work week (T-4) progress
*Capturing reason codes for work that could not be executed and reviewing the work critique report
*Actively participating in all work week management meetings
