- Ensure timely submission of stipend compliance documents by implementing partners.
- Data verification, accuracy and completeness. You will be responsible for checking and cross-checking of stipend compliance documents.
- Identifying and communicate discrepancies and errors with relevant partners. Document scanning, uploading, downloading, and printing.
- Data capturing.
- Document management, including appropriate naming and filing (to facilitate easy identification and retrieval).
- Build and maintain relationships at programme implementation levels with partners to enhance organisational effectiveness and process efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency enhancements to improve overall effectiveness of the stipend administration process.
