The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and developing data models and algorithms, identifying trends in complex data sets, and providing insights to the technical and business teams. The Data Scientist must be able to communicate complex results effectively to the business stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Matric/Grade 12
- Valid SA drivers license
- Minimum of 5 years Data Scientist experience in Data Visualisation and Data Analysis. Have a solid understanding of business and financial process performance improvement.
- Experience in Facilities Management or Property Management industries will be advantageous
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
