Job Description
As a People Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist within the Old Mutual Finance business, you will use your skill and passion for management information, qualitative research, technology, data and analytics to develop deeper insights and facilitate evidence-based decision making, for a headcount of 3000+ employees.
This role is a manager of self, individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts, over periods of 3 month-1year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting both quantitative and qualitative research and present insights and recommendations for informed decision-making at Executive level.
Establishing, optimising and maintaining effective and accurate quantitative and qualitative people-data collection and reporting processes and practices.
Providing specialist data analytics and reports, identifying trends and presenting insights derived as well as recommendations for decision-making.
Responsible for the compilation and consolidation of information and reports for presentation to the OMF Executive Committee.
Providing input with regards to the delivery of Human Capital projects/initiatives related to people data, analytics and reporting.
Proactively contribute to the provision of data, analytics and reporting solutions to continuously enhance our people strategy through automation and process enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
Matriculation Certificate (Matric) (Required)
Certification / learning programme completed in Data Analytics And Reporting
Experience
1+ years experience in data analytics and reporting for a business with a headcount / customer base of minimum 2500+ employees / customers
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
Proficiency in drawing appropriate data from a People Management Information System and creating reports for executive-level presentations
