Our clients Supply Chain boasts a prestigious graduate programme where Distribution Centre Trainee Managers rotate around the various divisions within the companires Supply Chain operations. They will be exposed to multiple facets in this dynamic leg of the business which is vital to the successful early career development of candidates. The programme has a steady intake of graduates all year round in Cape Town, Centurion, Gqerberha and Durban respectively.
To be considered for the DC graduate programme, the successful applicant must satisfy the following criteria:
Minimum requirements:
- Must be studying toward the abovementioned streams.
- Minimum 60% academic aggregate on all majors.
- Must be between 18 – 27 years old.
- Applicants from designated groups are encouraged to apply.
Job related knowledge/ skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Computer literacy, Business analysis methodology, Planning and organising.
