Position: Dealership Host
Salary: R6000 - R8000
Benefits: Medical Aid and Pension (Commencing only after 12 weeks from employment date)
The successful applicant will possess an excellent telephone manner, be smart of appearance and have a pleasant and confident approach to 'meet and greet' our customers.Primary tasks and Responsibilities:* Ensure the Dealership provides a warm, friendly and professional environment to visiting customers.* Greets all visitors with a pleasant and courteous welcome on arrival* Offer tea, coffee and generally look after our customers.* Ensure that effective contact is maintained with showroom visitors during their stay.* Ensure that visitors’ needs are dealt with promptly and completely.* Accurately record and pass all messages and information received.* Ensure all telephone connections are made as quickly as possible to the appropriate personnel.* Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting with others.* Complete general administrative duties.
About you:* Experience and skills within a customer-focused environment.* Calm and organised approach to problem solving, tackling stressful situations and handling a varied workload.* Knowledge and experience of retailing operations.* Capable of interacting with all types of visitors in a lucid, professional and pleasant manner.* Embrace customer care and Customer Relations Management training and development.
