We're urgently looking for an experienced debt collector to join our team based in Canal Edge Tyger Waterfront.
Job requirements:
- This role requires you to collect outstanding debt in an effective manner while still retaining a good client and customer relationship.
- The ideal candidate is someone that can get stuck in and make an impact within a short period of time.
- You will be required to display verbal skills and communication techniques to manage people to effectively and successfully collect on the debt.
- Must be registered with CFDC.
- Experience in debt collection, preferbly with collecting from businesses.
- Ability to negotiate and influence customers through discussion.
- Understanding of the full collections process including financial difficulties, litigation and recoveries techniques.
- Excellent communication skills when liaising with clients.
- Determination and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to hit the ground running
