Debt counselling administration clerk / receptionist is needed in Bellville.
Job requirements:
- Matric with a minimum of two years’ work experience in Debt counselling environment, with good knowledge of Care Premier and My Practice
- Proven working experience in front office handling receptionist responsibilities
- Fully computer literate in Excel, Word & Outlook
- Afrikaans & English speaking – Excellent Verbal and Written skills in both
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Work well in a team environment
- High standard of communication & interpersonal skills
- High personal standards in terms of work ethic, professionalism and punctuality
- Professional appearance
- Additional tertiary qualification preferable
- Clear credit & criminal record
- Contactable references
- Availability immediate
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Available for occasional overtime
- Leave: 18 days per year
Job responsibilities:
- Capturing & submitting new applications on debt counselling system
- Obtaining balance certificates from credit providers
- Handling ad hoc administrative queries from credit providers & clients
- Corresponding with credit providers & clients
- Following up on payments
- Liaising with queries department and management
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
