We are looking for an experienced team leader with a minimum of 1 years management experience for a leading call centre in Durban.
Job requirements:
- Must have Debt Counselling experience
- Mature, with the ability to think out of the box
- Have the mentality to solve problems and issues in a working environment
- Lead by an example, to drive your team and exceed targets
- Punctual and zero tolerance for late coming
- You must be efficient on Excel and Word
- Must have experience in coaching and developing staff.
- Mon - Fri , 7.45am to 5pm, No shifts. You are required to work two Saturdays in a month. If your team makes target, you do not work on the Saturday
- Basic – R5000 Escalate + Commission + Incentives.
