Experience And Skills
1-2 years of relevant administrative and debtors experience
Proficiency in handling telephone communications professionally
Excellent email etiquette and written communication skills
MS Office proficiency, with a strong focus on Excel and Word
Duties And Responsibilities
Confirming and updating payment arrangements, including setting up broken and new arrangements, to support collections efforts effectively.
Tracing and clearing payments from debtor suspense accounts, accurately reallocating them to the appropriate payer.
Working diligently to reduce and clear out all payments in suspense to maintain accurate financial records.
Ensuring proper reconciliation and confirmation of cash receipts handled by branches, thereby preventing fraud and misrepresentation.
Addressing and resolving all account-related queries promptly and providing required account information to students, payers, and various internal departments and brands.
Handling the preparation and administration of overpayment refunds due to students and payers.
Updating and managing manual bureau updates with utmost accuracy.
Providing exceptional customer service by attending to walk-in customers/payers with their account-related queries.
