team. Role: Debtors controller - Stock Controller

Qualifications
- Previous working experience in a fishing industry would be advantageous
- Matric with basic accounting diploma or similar
- Computer Literate Word, Intermediate Excel
- Bilingual (English speak / Afrikaans understand)
- Software: Smart Edge
- Presentable with outgoing well-spoken, confident & friendly communication skills
- Excellent financial acumen with accounts
- Ability to take on responsibilities, use initiative and work well in a team & independently
- Must be willing to learn and accept responsiblity
- Drafting Labels for Exporting
- Data Capturing
- Full debtors function 3-5yrs experience (i.e. weekly invoicing, age analysis, recons, following up on outstanding payments.
- Maintaining Clients stock & packaging records (always keep it up to date)
- Maintaining Employee leave records (always keep it up to date)
- Assist with Sister Company Duties when required (i.e. Controlling the Pick n Pay account. Processing orders on SmartEdge. Uploading Invoices, Claims, Weekly Statement on the PnP Portal.
- Uploading Customer on CGIC for increasing & decreasing credit cover per order as needed.
- Working hours 8am-5pm.
- Overtime required when requested by management.
