KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support:
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, PMFs, communication for notice boards, etc.
- Assist in organizing HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Completion and submission of death claims, maternity leave claims, sick pay claims, UI19 forms, certificates of service, etc.
- Support in benefits administration processes and assist employees with benefit-related queries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and ensure beneficiary nomination forms are maintained and available in employees personnel files
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing job application records.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Ensure PMFs are completed accurately and according to HR standards
- Update and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Ensure that an employee personnel file contains all the necessary documentation required as per audit requirements
- Ensure filing is up to date
- Ensure documents are easily retrievable from employee personnel files
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related data and files.
- Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure that employee records and records keeping practices are aligned to BSCI auditing requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Relevant HR Diploma
- 2 Years experience in an HR environment
