Demand Marketing Strategist

Demand Marketing Strategist

We consider every individual who joins our team a critical part of defining who we are - which is why we are looking for an experienced demand marketing strategist with a strong understanding of B2B selling and marketing.

If you're a tech-savvy trendsetter who enjoys building and implementing long-term growth strategies, we would like to meet you.

In this position, you will be primarily focused on working day-to-day with our direct sales and agency teams to provide ongoing strategic assistance, education, and advisory to their prospective as well as existing clients and partners, aligning the most appropriate programs to their go-to- market strategy.

How you will make a difference:
  • You will work with the world's top B2B brands crafting demand marketing and growth strategies;
  • You will be a creative problem solver for our clients by working closely with sales, marketing, and client success teams to create tailored, high-performing demand generation solutions to empower our clients' success;
  • You will develop and track key measurements to drive accountability that evaluates the performance of programs that you help build;
  • You will help our clients achieve their demand, pipeline and revenue targets and, in turn, help INFUSE accelerate our pipeline;
  • You will ensure on-target digital marketing strategy, content, and image.

  • Comes from a B2B demand/marketing background, and has planned and executed a variety of demand and ABM campaigns for clients, while keeping a close eye on performance analytics and budget limitations;
  • Has experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate buyers and buying committees;
  • Is both creative and analytical, making decisions and building solutions with a data-driven approach;
  • "Been there, done that" helping companies tell their story in creative ways;
  • Isn't afraid to try and test new ways with an eye toward optimization;
  • Is comfortable working with executive level stakeholders and experienced marketers, and can easily navigate between technical and nontechnical depending on your audience;
  • Is highly creative with impeccable attention to detail;
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment where feedback is valued;
  • Has a "can-do" attitude and track record of delivering exceptional work again and again;
  • Is curious, spunky, dynamic, makes an impact, and builds trust and rapport.
To be successful, you need to have:
  • B2B marketing chops: Education and prior experience are important to us -- we are building a team of curious learners -- therefore, you should have at least 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with multichannel experience including client success and campaign execution. Additionally, you will want to demonstrate adequate education credentials to support your awesome resume.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills: You will devise and edit externally-facing client strategy, solutions, and proposal docs. Besides, we believe that every marketer is a storyteller.
  • Impeccable communication skills: You will need to explain to others who may not be familiar with the medium how demand marketing technologies work, as well as recommend best practices for their implementation and use. You may also need to convince your peers and managers why certain strategies or investments may be more effective than others. In short, you will need to utilize influential conversational and written strategies to advance our marketing agenda.
  • Tech skills: You will need a solid understanding of the B2B demand, data, and martech stack. While we do not expect you to be an expert in everything, you need to learn new platforms quickly and understand how they help our clients.
  • Project management skills: You will need to be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines -- sometimes several simultaneously. Excellent organizational and planning skills are a must.
