Junior Demand Planner Your Future Position?
As a member of the SAMEA Regional Demand Planning Team, you will build a consensus demand plan for the next 24 months atregional level, coordinating with relevant stakeholders (sales, customer care, supply chain). Identify trends, research demand drivers and analyze demand alerts in order to develop, update and maintain demand forecasts supporting excellence in execution and enabling superior customer experiences.
In this role you will:
- You will review historical data and trends, research demand drivers in order to develop, update and maintain demand forecasts supporting effectiveness of the organisation's supply chain and customer service.
- You will capture, analyse and update forecast in the system (DP toolkit) in order to achieve and improve KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias)
- You will communicate with Operations and Commercial departments (with internal and external customers).
- You will monitor business evolution (Losses, Wins). You will manage early warning process, including material /capacity availability (collaborative with Supply Planning).
- You will Identify and implement opportunities for forecast improvement.
- You will work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices and get the correct parameterization of the system (DP toolkit) to provide accurate information for an optimal planning.
- You will prepares and executes the monthly demand review with sales

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
- +2 Years experience in a similar position
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI/BO, etc.)
- ERP/MRP
- Language skills: English Fluent
- Desired APICS Certification
- Knowledge in Forecasting (Statistical Models)
- Microsoft Office
