Dentons is currently recruiting an experienced Global HR Systems Transformation Senior Manager to join the Firm-wide Talent Transformation (FTT) team.
The role holder will have responsibility for providing support to the Director Global Talent Transformation on a wide range of program areas, working alongside the program PMO and PM in the Program Office, to:
- implement a single global cloud-based HR solution across agreed Dentons jurisdictions;
- manage the program to time and budget;
- meet the current and future needs of the business.
The candidate will possess a background in HR systems and processes preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and proven experience and success in a Project Office role.

Requirements
Role (Fixed Term 12 24 months)
In all these tasks, co-ordinate with the program PMO and PM, and under the steer of the Director, in order to:
- Drive the implementation of the FTT program and agreed deliverables, to plan and to budget
- Ensure delivery of system requirements are balanced against a clear business rationale so that all additional requests deliver value and are cost effective in the short term, and can be sustained and supported technically in the longer term
- Takes the lead in brokering discussions with stakeholders to protect the global system design template while providing the benefits regions need to support the business
- Support the Program Director in building and maintaining the FTT team.
- Engages with global and region stakeholders to the standards set by the Program Director.
- Fosters an open and collaborative, purpose driven culture across the FTT team and across Dentons globally
- Provide the Program Director and FTT team with insight and observation in order to support program implementation this includes being proactive in identifying issues, solutions and efficiencies across the breadth of the program.
- Support the Program Director and work alongside the Program PMO to:
- Act as proxy to the Director and other Senior members of the FTT team as required in meetings
- Take the lead for program areas including System and Data compliance, Global and Region Data Security, use reviews, technical infrastructure reviews and integration
- Develop the 2-5 year program implementation plan
- Define an appropriate and cost-efficient resource model to support the program plan
- Develop and streamline program status reporting
- Create discussion and engagement materials as required
- Business international level of English both written and oral
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a truly global environment, accommodating different time zones and cultures. Only team players will be considered
- Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS and HR/Talent practices
- Experience of multinational IT and Talent support operations
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central essential; Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning and Performance & Goals management desirable
- Experience of delivering transformation programs in complex environments such as professional and legal sector organizations
- Significant experience and a proven track record of/in/as:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to clarify complex problems and communicate these issues towards both technical and business teams
- Be a team player, able to work effectively across various geographies and functions
- Drive out decisions and recommendations
- Independent, pro-active way of working
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
- You will possess:
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experienced user of MS Office suite
- Be versed in working across cultures and time-zones
- Be able to thrive working under pressure, and be able to multi-task
- Experience of working with layers of engagement and approval
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work with a wide variety of people and projects in a collective and collaborative manner
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Transformation program office role
- Experience of HR processes and systems
