Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
- Support Talent Acquisition to source, screening and arrange interviews for candidates, as well as keeping their application records updated
- Support any HR projects as / when required such as meetings, training, surveys etc
- Support employee requests regarding policy issues, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- A Degree graduate that is actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great problem-solving skills
- Logical thinking
- Passion for working with people.
- Always display a customer first" attitude
- The ability to work under pressure and have lots of energy and drive.
- Great organisational skills, deadline-driven and the ability to manage time well.
