As a Design Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various construction and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering projects, including building layouts, electrical and plumbing systems, and structural designs
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings as needed
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, and other data to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and calculations
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting technology and techniques Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
• Proficient in CAD software and other drafting tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills
