Desktop Support Administrator Graduate

What you'll do

• You will report to the desktop support administrator
• You will install, configuring and troubleshooting desktop systems
• You will maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
• You will troubleshoot issues in Windows 11, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
• You will be responsible for tracking and management of hardware and software Inventory
• You will be part of the 2023 Graduate Program which will run for 12 months.
• You will be in the Centurion or Cape Town office for at least 3 days a week

You should have

• 3 year degree/diploma in Information Technology
• CompTIA A+ or MD-100 / MD-101 or JAMF certified (Preferred).
• Understanding of deployment tools like SCCM.
• Understanding of Networking (Wired, Wireless & VPN)
• Knowledge of MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
• In-depth knowledge of PC laptop hardware, peripherals including Printers and Mobile devices
• Proficient in English in a business environment
• South African Identification document
