Development Chef-East Rand

Development Chef needed for Restaurant group in the east rand. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Looking for a chef who can  create and cost new dishes. Duties will include food preparation and quality control. Will be expected to train and manage staff on new dishes. Good analytical skills required. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Standard Restaurant working hours apply. Will alternate between Kempton Park and Boksburg.
