Purpose Of The Role
Our Corporate Communications Team is looking for a Junior Designer to create beautiful, pixel-perfect, and moreover - usable interfaces and produce high end web, mobile, and print designs for our various digital platforms. You must be hands on, responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within a fast paced, open and collaborative peer environment.
Duties Include, But Not Limited To
- Create general designs for various corporate campaigns
- All corporate branding
- Conceptualising new designs and user interactions that are both functional and user-friendly
- Developing creative content from scratch.
- Designing for all platforms and devices: Desktop, Mobile (iOS, Android)
- Web & Email Templates: headers, buttons, backgrounds, iconography, typography, blog images
- Print Design: physical collateral including folders, booklets, flyers, stickers, banners, posters etc.
- Collaborate with a team of designers.
- Meeting deadlines while adapting to production pipeline by incorporating all feedback.
- Create meaningful infographics
- Involvement with projects from inception to execution as well as post production.
- Follow principles of good design and ensure it is of the highest quality, focusing on attention to detail.
- Proven practical experience in photography is essential
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to Combiined F and organizational culture
- 1 - 3 years of experience in design field
- Portfolio demonstrating any area of graphic, concept art, website and mobile design
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Art or Graphic design
- Solid graphic design (Creative Cloud) and print knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Conceptual art (Drawing, painting)
- Animation
- Understanding of web standards, current design trends and social media content design
- Microsoft office knowledge
