Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Participate in design/creative discussions, brainstorming and planning with the wider creative teams and internal stakeholders Design for creative projects related to campaigns and branding Concept, develop and execute a wide variety of assets for in-store, digital applications, website needs, marketing initiatives, digital ads, mobile, and social media channels, on-site events, and campaigns. Ensure project milestones are met from kick-off through launch Provide excellent individual design and manage multiple ongoing projects from initial concept to execution Mentor and guide junior digital designers and graphic designers Keep abreast with advertising and digital trends in accordance with industry best practice Requirements / Experience / Skill Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design / Digital Design Minimum 1-2 years working experience as a MW Digital Designer in a traditional advertising agency or digital advertising agency Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Well versed in Digital TTL experience will be advantageous Animation / GIF creation Knowledge of and experience using Figma Knowledge of and experience in UI/UX design Understand creative, artistic and cultural trends and how to apply them to brands A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Strong presentation skills Strong time management skills Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time) An online portfolio demonstrating Digital Design Personal Attributes Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Creative out of the box thinker Proactive Reliable Accountable Resilient Deadline driven Solution driven Meticulous with attention to detail Other: Comfortable to work on-site Comfortable and willing to work on alcohol brands
