We Are Seeking a Digital Marketing Executive With 5 Years Of Experience, To Work Hand-in-hand With Our USA Based Client, Building And Meeting Their Customer Service Goals And Needs. As a Rapidly Growing And Developing Company, We Need Someone Who Is

The functions of this role include but are not limited to:

• Using and refining existing customer service systems
• Overseeing a team of customer service agents
• Providing multi- faceted support between MSA management, the agents, and the client
• Accurately tracking & reporting of department needs and success rates
• Monitoring time and attendance
• Daily reporting of overall team performance

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Office Based Houghton Estate Johannesburg

Salary: R18, 000.00 R21, 000.00 per month

Experience

Digital Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)

Advanced Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)

Quality Assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
