Your role in the team

Along with the Head of Digital Marketing Experience, the Digital Marketing Experience managers role is to cultivate and optimise marketing opportunities across a users digital journey with IG, streamlining and expanding the ambitious individuals pursuit for financial freedom.

The teams goals are to ensure Marketings strategy and impact has touchpoints where relevant along user journey, in order to:
  • Optimise conversion (account opening, funding, first trade)
  • Maximise opportunity to increase trading volume, cross/up-sell.
  • Improve and uphold brand perception, by living the brand and upholding our values and principles.
While cultivating these, the team will prioritise a seamless and market-leading user experience from first touch point to deactivation.

They will also play a key role in crossing siloes and building partnerships between multiple environments, platforms and teams.

  • A digital professional with a passion for orchestrating content to achieve the most for the business, and with primary consideration for the user and their journey.
  • A keen collaborator, with the ability to form working relationships quickly, both within the immediate team and across the organisation
  • A digital thinker, with a passion for keeping abreast of new trends, technologies and techniques.
  • Someone with an appreciation of and interest in the dynamics of the world of financial markets
  • Analytical, data-drive and commercially aware with the ability to use various inputs to strategise and plan.
  • An understanding and interest in Client Experience and experienced in creating end-to-end journey maps and thinking.
