Job Requirements:
Minimum Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Additional Qualifications: A solid understanding of the marketing, media and digital advertising landscape and up to date on the latest trends or technologies in these areas.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of strategic and integrated annual plans including situational reviews, data-rich insights and focused 12-month digital marketing plans linked to ROI
- Full ownership creation, deployment, budget management, analysing and report on key performance indicators - of all digital assets and communications including, but not limited to, website, e-mailers, social media content, online advertising, SEM etc
- Develop and maintain digital activity toolkits including standards and assets for best practice sharing to ensure seamless experience and execution across key digital channels and markets
- Drive acquisition across the relevant platforms through targeted initiatives that connect with, recruit and retain audiences
- End to end management of websites including, but not limited to, design, content, user experience, performance, updates, maintenance and SEO
- Stay up to date with main online platforms (Facebook, Google, X, Instagram etc.) including performance, opportunities and competitor activity
- Ensure the respect of the allocated budget and propose its optimization without compromising success or premium execution
- Manage and challenge any specialist suppliers or 3rd party agencies as required to deliver and optimize all facets of the business online experience across channels
- Act as the in-house digital marketing champion - willing to teach the broader teams on how to best leverage digital for success
- Act as first digital point of contact for business - evaluating all proposals and opportunities received, declining where not aligned to core strategy and elevating internally for further consideration where warranted
- Manage assigned relevant integration projects and ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the Head of Marketing
