Minimum Requirements
- Matric / NQF4 Equivalent.
- Diploma in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing.
- Minimum 2 5 years in digital marketing.
- Experience in SEO plans and strategic reporting.
- Able to work independently and take own initiative.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in marketing/digital marketing in the mining industry or similar fields.
- Evaluating and developing marketing strategies.
- Website, Facebook and LinkedIn SEO planning and creating monthly statistic reports.
- Coordinate marketing strategies in different departments and implement them to execution.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social media and keep up with marketing strategies and trends.
- Posting regularly on online platforms and social media.
- Increasing brand awareness and image building.
- Assist with RFQ registration on an ad hoc basis.
- Key customer Management Plan.
- Managing and developing the budget for the marketing department.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining the access database system and project logging.
- Building an image for the business and increasing brand awareness.
- Releasing journal adverts and press to editors at specific publications and dealing with them directly.
- Develop and maintain Equipment Brochures, Photo library, reference lists, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Measure performance on marketing and report the results.
- Managing and planning functions and events (i.e., social events with customers, meetings and exhibitions). Checking up on staff involved as well as the set-up.
- Ordering corporate clothing and PPE for staff members.
