Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to drive qualified traffic and achieve client goals.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct thorough performance analysis and make data-driven decisions to maximize campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, develop effective PPC strategies, and provide regular performance updates.
- Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with the VP of Performance and VP of Ops to align PPC strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns and achieving client goals.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, ad creation, keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, PPC best practices, and industry trends.
- Experience managing a team of PPC specialists and providing leadership and guidance.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
