As the Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for proposing, planning, managing and executing incremental initiatives within the digital landscape to create awareness, acquire new customers, grow revenue and retain existing customers. You will execute different digital strategies to acquire new and convert customers across different digital touch points. You will use different tools of engagement and execution in order to execute the strategy i.e., Paid media, Owned media and Earned media: Google, Meta, as entrusted channels.
- You will spend time monitoring and tracking campaigns, proposing new initiatives to acquire new customers through different digital channels at minimum rate
- You will identify, develop and optimize growth channels and opportunities to drive more users
- You will collaborate with other team members to develop strategies to increase traffic, product sales and increase revenue
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Degree in Digital Marketing
- You have experience in Google Analytics
- You have good time-management skills and can adhere to deadlines
- You are a a good communicator
- You are comfortable with working for a tech early startup
- You have experience in managing and executing paid digital initiatives outside of Google Ads and Social Paid Ads
