Responsibilities
- Perform your duties and functions as are generally associated with the position of a Junior Digital Project Manager.
- Understanding the business requirements and goals working with stakeholders, and helping to analyse the requirements.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining profitable and mutually beneficial relationships
- Creating project briefs, with experience in strategically analysing and solving client's business problems.
- Planning functional specification documents for digital projects.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project plans using MS Project.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to budget.
- End-to-end project testing and delivery sign-off.
- Plan, track, control and provide feedback to the client.
- Apply acumen in Internet technologies and key terminologies like Content Management Systems (CMS); Databases; ASP.Net; PHP; HTML; jQuery; AJAX; SQL Server; Flash; Mobile platforms; APIs; SEO; and Website Hosting.
- Client servicing and management.
- Taking briefs and costing projects.
- Project planning and testing.
- Client reporting.
- Travel, if necessary.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry-related practices, tools, and methodologies and learning to apply those skills to projects within the organization.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience in interactive project management, preferably 2+ years.
- Ability to lead client teams through project execution.
- Basic knowledge of web front-end and back-end practices.
- Strong understanding of SLAs
- Must understand technology terminologies like: Content Management Systems (CMS); Databases; ASP. Net; PHP; HTML; jQuery; AJAX; SQL Server; Flash; Mobile platforms; APIs; SEO; and Website Hosting.
- Proficiency in project management applications like Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with email and database marketing principles.
- Understanding of marketing concepts and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
