In this role, you will create value for clients by helping them to engineer and manage the lifecycle of connected, data-driven, intelligent digital products and services that effortlessly iterate and continuously improve while creating synergy when they interact with each other and when they combine with other elements across the Digital Economy.
Responsibilities
As a Lead, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring effective and efficient delivery and integration of the following agency capabilities
- Customer and Citizen Insights
- Digital Products, Service Innovation and Design
- Digital Product and Service Ecosystem Design
- Digital Product and Service Prototyping
- Digital Product and Service Engineering
- Digital Product and Service Lifecycle Management
This role would be an ideal fit for a T-shaped individual (who has a specialism with depth in a particular domain(s) but who can at the same time operate as a generalist across other domains)
- Experience in a consulting capacity would be advantageous (either internally within an organization or as an external consultant)
- Experience in a C-suite role or demonstrated ability to engage and shape value at C-suite level
- At least 15 years of relevant professional work experience
- Relevant qualifications (A university degree and/or postgraduate studies would be advantageous)
- A proven track record of leadership and delivery in a similar context
