Working cross-functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies. The role of business systems is responsible to converting business initiatives into world-class solutions by designing and analyzing existing systems and new systems and databases. The Digital Transformation Specialist will partner closely with the Commercial Execution Team and Digital Marketing team to ensure the execution of our Transformation strategy. Communicate channel activities and develop and maintain sales channels. Deliver presentations, manage accounts, monitor competition, and work to increase their companys market share.
Primary Responsibilities
Digital Channels & Social Media
- Define an attractive value proposition to improve the experience and performance of assigned digital channels through new technology, services, and products.
- Define a clear channel roadmap to support the marketing & communications strategy.
- Responsible for the development and transformation of digital channels.
- Execute day-to-day operations related to assigned digital channels, channel performance, and channel quality.
- Manage the overall delivery of the assigned digital channel portfolio as defined by the digital road map.
- Achieve targets of pre-defined digital channels KPIs and explore opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Deliver and manage innovative ideas and value-added services on the assigned digital channels.
- Map innovation from the market and bring new ideas of development to the team.
- Responsible for digital channels performance, working closely with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager global team to implement channels tags and dashboard creations.
- Digital agency management (content creation and updates, website management/codification).
- Key competencies will be:
Ability to translate business requirements to technical teams and vice versa.
Customer & User journey understanding (appreciation of UX/UI)
Identify potential risks and provide inputs to the mitigation plans.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager understanding.
Social Media Role
- Define social media strategy according to product goals.
- Define and execute a complete social media posting agendas for all social networks opened.
- Responsible for guaranteeing all assessments to open a new social channel or social media campaign with the global team and PV team.
- Social Media monitoring daily.
- Performance analysis of social media and digital campaigns.
- Manage organic and paid campaigns.
- Campaign tagging to track performance.
- Define strategy with third-party social channels: influencers, media partners, co-lab posting, etc.
- Bachelors degree in natural or health sciences, engineering, information systems, marketing, sales, etc.
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and social media
- Strong working knowledge of systems and applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
